The likes of Barclays, Halifax, Nationwide, Principality, Leeds building society and many more were all reducing their mortgage interest rates. This is a positive ending the year and hopeful that this continues into 2024, but If you have been putting off purchasing a property or remortgaging your existing mortgage, the time may be right for you now!
